Beautiful – Super nice, good quality

Big, Heavy, 29.00 return shipping fee on warranty claims, but quite an impressive timepeace for the 50.00 I paid. –  I just got this today, off a lightning deal price and then another coupon for twenty percent more off. Paid roughly fifty bucks for it. Now that I see it in person now, I probably never would buy this watch. It is huge and I mean huge and heavy. The box I think is real leather and beautiful, it smells like leather anyway. It is a very simple watch all in all and very easy to set and adjust. I know I said I wouldn’t buy it in a store, but I really like it now that it’s on my wrist, but I’m affraid the weight and the tightness of the strap is becoming uncomfortable or seems to be, just loosened it a notch. It is a big face and ez to look down and read the time, but forget about these little dials for the military time and stop watch, need my glasses for that, then it’s cool. It has date which I didn’t notice when I got it which I don’t like, at the end of the month it’s always wrong and needs adjustments, and since I think your not supposed to go backwards with date it’s a lot of knob turning. Kind of a waste if you ask me. This is not a childrens watch unless they have huge wrists, the strap is very rubbery, like diver rubber, hope it doesn’t make me sweat. For fifty bucks it’s a very impressive, sturdy feeling, unique time piece with one hundred foot water depth, which is the deepest divers go anyway without changing their tank mix for deep sea diving. But it will at best do a dish or fish tank plant run. I’ll probably take it off, getting watches wet leads to sludge in areas that are hard to clean. The main thing I don’t like is that the warranty says they want a check for 29.00 for return shipping and they don’t want it mailed in the gift box which protects it nicely. I could see ten or twelve at most to return it but dang, the watch only cost 50.00. I’ll encose some pics and a lame vid. If your a big man that like a mans watch this might be for you, if your really skinny this one might unless you like the big style not be for you. I gave it five stars because besides the warranty shipping policy and the 30 at the bottom of the watch being cut in half by circle window it’s pretty much a helluva watch.

Sorry JIT (You Know Who You Are). I Bought This For You But I’m Keeping It For Me! – This is the third Invicta watch that I’ve purchased. I’m still amazed at the quality and appearance that a watch costing $89.00 brings to the table. If you haven’t read any of my prior watch reviews, I have been a collector of high-end watches for years. My financial situation allowed me to collect Rolex, Patek Phillipe, Ulysse Nardin, Bell & Ross, Panerai, Gerard Perregaux, and others. I’m used to quality in appearance, fit and feel. For those of you worried about the reliability of lesser quality watches, please be advised that even the expensive ones fail on occasion and require service–very expensive service. I had a Ulysse Nardin Hourstriker that cost me $4,400.00 to repair once. Throwing away a watch costing $100.00 or less if/when it stops working is much more cost effective. Just think, for $4,400.00 you could buy 44 different $100.00 watches–if you liked them–and still break even if you threw them all away. I am now in the process of selling all my high-end watches. Having that much money tied up in them doesn’t make sense anymore.
