Good But Take Note – While I just received this watch and like it for my slim wrist, it seems smaller than the standard 38mm watch size because the face itself is probably more like a 35 mm with a wide ring around it. My 38 mm Omega’s face is substantially larger. But, the luminox watch is easy to read, lightweight and the look in the dark is great. I just wish the viewable face had been larger. The 44mm luminox watch is too big for my slim wrist so I bought this one.

Watch face size is large for small wrist. – I give the watch a 4 star not because of workmanship, it is excellent. I am disappointed due to face size having small wrist I wish it were smaller. Replacing an older Lumi Nox which had a much smaller face and was a navy seal series is not found any longer

Average timepiece – This is the Luminox Leatherback Sea Turtle 301 39mm watch. Perfect size for smaller wrists. Illumination has already faded after one week. There is no warranty on this watch since it’s not sold directly by Luminox and Luminox won’t replace the Tritium tubes.

Make sure to specify whether you are ordering a mens’ or womens’ watch – The watch is listed as a “Luminox Navy Seals” watch but the watch I received does not say “Navy Seals” on its face. I previously owned a Navy Seals watch and it did bear that emblem. Also, the watch is listed as a “Mens/Womens” watch and I am unaware whether it comes in two sizes- one for men, and one for women, because the watch I received had a small face and a very tiny wrist band, as if designed for a woman’s smaller wrist. Best rugged every day watch – I recommend this watch to small wrist guys that want to sport a tool watch but at the same time they don’t want a 44mm- 47mm watch to wear them. The rubber material feels superve and legibility on this watch is great. I’m very please with the quality of Luminox the only request is to make more 38mm – 39mm watches for us small wrist dudes.
