Great Watch! Thank you Timex – I’m visually impaired (legally blind) with macular degeneration, so I have limited central vision and meed a watch that is really big and easy to read. This one fills the bill. The face is large (1.3″) and the contrast between the white hands and the black face make it easy to read. The hands are solid, not like most watches that have slots cut out of the hands. Having solid hands also makes it easier to see because you can see the entire hand, not just the end of the hand. The light makes it possible for me to read the watch even in complete darkness, which is really nice. The leather band is high quality, possibly the best watch band I have ever seen. Overall workmanship on the watch is very high. You can feel the quality of the workmanship when you hold it in your hand.

Time matters not – As the owner of a successful porn production company, the Timex Easy Reader Black Face watch did the trick for me, or so I thought. While the watch worked, it was a great watch. More times than not I found myself pulling out readers to see the time on other watches. This Timex is easy to read without readers. The watch has the smart looks of a watch two times two times the cost and wearing wrist watch is always fun. I have never received compliments on any watch I wear, not even my Ballon Bleu de Cartier extra-large watch or my Rolex Datejust 2 watch with diamond encrusted bezel and iced out bling watch band. The Timex Easy Reader Black Face watch received compliments from the very first day and not only from coworkers, but also from the cash register lady at the quick stop market. Regarding my other watches, I grew weary of wearing the Cartier to the production studios, and the Rolex is simply too gaudy for my day to day business dealings. Well, I say that. My dearest friend, Jeff (I call him the heiress), wears an iced out Rolex watch, one on each wrist, every single day of the week. I should toss out that he has fourteen of those watches, two for each day of the week, but then again he has a driver, and his armed assistant is with him twenty-four / seven. I suppose anyone that wears a Franck Muller Long Island platinum diamond bezel lady’s wrist watch as a cock ring does not think twice about theft or misplacing a watch at a trick’s house.

Good watch until it fell apart – This watch is simple and straight-forward which is what drew me to the watch in the first place. However from arrival it was obvious that the watch band was cheap, and about one month after getting it the band broke while I was wearing it casually. Unfortunately it caused the glass on the face to crack as well. If you are looking for a simple watch in this price range I would look in another direction as I am going to.
