This EMT Loves it 🙂 – I bought this watch in October 2018 after buying 3 other watches before it that all wore out and broke within 6mo. It is now 2022 4 years later. This watch has been banged on so many things, and other than a few faint scratches in the face, it is still 100% easy to read. It has been accidentally submersed in water and other fluids many times and it’s still 100% clear with no residue or moisture on the inside. It tells the time. Never had to change the battery (I don’t even know how). All the hands work (I use the second hand regularly to count heartbeats). It has a nightlight which has begun to fail on me occasionally but then it comes back and seems to work fine. Today July 2022 the glue on the little band that secures the watch together failed. I used a touch of gorilla glue to repair it and it’s like new again. The band has absorbed a lot of oils from my skin so is darker than originally bought –no complaints about that really. The little hole that I use for my size of wrist has frayed a little over the years and started to come loose…fixed that with a little gorilla glue too. All Round solid watch. I think the fact that it’s a woven cloth band is what makes it so durable. 5 stars.

A Fun Watch – This is my sec’ond Weekender watch with indigo lighting. It is inexpensive, durable and this latest one has a bit of fun with the stiped wristband with a few built in sparkles. Lighten up and enjoy!

It’s a Timex, how could let you down?!!! – I love love love this watch. I guess I have never really trusted the watches I’ve had since my last Timex! And I fell in love with this one. The face is definitely designed for those of us with aging eyesite. And the style appeals to me: it has a bygone look, with the analog features and the cream colored face. I also love the nylon fabric with the tiny floral print. If I’m going to be looking at it multiple times a day, it’s only fair that I should Love looking at it, right?

Pretty much exactly what I was looking for – I bought this watch to wear at work, I’m on my feet and moving between duty stations so there isn’t always a clock or cell phone handy. The face is a little larger than I would like, in terms of fitting my wrist, but I’d rather have a large face than one that’s too small but “looks better” on my wrist. The face is very easy to read but I wish there was a date display. I like that the bands are reversible, easy to replace myself, and feature a number of holes to adjust for a better fit. The band is a bit itchy but I expect I’ll get used to it. It’s pretty much exactly what I was looking for, only took off a star because of the face size, lack of date display, and band itchiness.

Finally, a simple no-nonsense watch – I had to sit for the bar exam, and they have draconian policies about electronics. Thus, I just needed an analog watch. This is exactly what I needed: basic, comfortable, has a second hand, and easy to read.
